Helpdesk tehničar (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Sirač. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing timely support and ensuring smooth operation of their IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage end‑user IT equipment.
• Provide first‑line support via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows PCs, Microsoft 365 suite, network connections (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN), printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software and related hardware.
• Support users of the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system and deliver training.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and Active Directory permissions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar helpdesk or IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Fundamental understanding of computer networks.
• English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written).
• Detail‑oriented, systematic and comprehensive work approach.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus.
• Proactive attitude in suggesting improvements and reporting tools.
