About the role
Banksoft d.o.o., a leading Croatian company specialized in software solutions for financial institutions, is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Support Associate. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and emails, and ensuring smooth resolution of basic issues.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log client phone calls and email inquiries.
- Resolve simple requests and technical problems.
- Redirect more complex queries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Perform administrative tasks using company software and computers.
Required profile
- Communicative, friendly, and courteous.
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to gain others' confidence.
- Thorough, disciplined, and precise in work.
- Motivated to learn banking and IT processes.
Required skills
- SQL (or other programming language) knowledge is a plus.
