Growth Marketing Specialist (Web-to-App Funnels)

About the role

Nanobit is launching a short‑form vertical drama app with AI‑generated series. The product’s growth relies on web‑to‑app funnels that turn viewers into app users. You will create, test and optimise these funnels to drive subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Create new funnel variations daily – landing pages, offers and paywalls.
• Set up and run A/B tests, track results and scale successful experiments.
• Analyse funnel data to identify drop‑off points and optimise conversion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on budget allocation and campaign performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with web‑to‑app and performance‑marketing trends and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers.
• Test‑and‑learn approach: form hypotheses and validate them with data.
• Interest in consumer psychology and conversion drivers.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
