About the role

The Head of Business Relations will lead and optimise sales processes, maintain key partnerships, and contribute to strategic business development within Allianz Hrvatska.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain regular meetings and activities with agencies, partners and key clients.
• Actively participate in the development of business strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and manage the partner network, continuously improving cooperation, identifying new opportunities and driving activities to boost sales quality and efficiency.
• Analyse sales results, monitor partner performance, identify growth potential, define corrective measures and implement new sales initiatives and motivation models.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, make decisions and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; enjoys a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for achieving targets.
• Valid driving licence.
• Result‑oriented and motivated to continuously improve business processes.
• Persistent and creative in achieving goals.
• Interest in AI tools and digital environments such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
