Backoffice Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Backoffice Specialist to join our team in Varaždin. You will act as the link between customers and our product development, helping to improve services and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback and propose service improvements.
• Prepare and send commercial offers to prospective clients.
• Manage after‑sales relationships and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Create and process invoices for goods and services.
• Contribute to marketing concepts, product information and pricing strategies.
• Produce internal sales reports and related documentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar back‑office or sales‑support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, well‑organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong customer focus and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
