About the role

The bank is looking for a senior specialist to coordinate internal AML documentation, support various departments, and ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of internal AML documents and monitor their execution.
• Participate in developing IT tools that support AML/FT activities.
• Provide advisory support to bank units and group members on deep‑dive client analyses.
• Prepare expert opinions on complex regulatory questions and assist in interpreting relevant legislation.
• Offer KYC expertise for intricate ownership structures and validate foreign registry documentation.
• Analyze discrepancies in beneficial‑owner information and report inconsistencies according to the SPNFT law.
• Review automatically generated complex transactions and report suspicious activity to the Ministry of Finance.
• Assess the applicability of financial sanctions to transactions before execution.

Required profile

• University degree (300 ECTS) in law, economics, mathematics or computer science.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in AML/FT functions.
• Good understanding of banking operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and systematic work style, proactive and independent.
• Motivation for continuous learning and teamwork.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
