Finance Associate

About the role

Undabot is seeking a Finance Associate to support day‑to‑day accounting and finance processes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide analysis that fuels future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounting documentation and cooperate with external accountants.
• Process payroll, issue invoices, and monitor accounts receivable collections.
• Participate in the preparation of financial plans and controlling reports.
• Track changes in accounting procedures, policies, and legislation.
• Prepare documentation and reports for EU projects and other tenders.
• Communicate with financial and state institutions and handle related reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with high responsibility and proactivity.
• Excellent English (B2) and Croatian (C2) communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office package.
• Experience with payroll modules, preferably Pantheon.
