Future Finance Leaders Traineeship

About the role

Procter & Gamble, a global consumer goods manufacturer with brands such as Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Pantene, Always, Lenor and Oral-B, offers a Future Finance Leaders traineeship in Zagreb. It is a 3 to 6 month programme for business or technology students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year or recent graduates, who join a multifunctional team and take part in business development and decision-making from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on new product launches, assessing financial impacts with brand and sales teams
• Explore business opportunities in emerging channels such as e-commerce and discounters
• Enhance cost competitiveness in manufacturing processes

Required profile

• Business or tech students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study, or recent graduates
• Strong written and verbal communication in Croatian and English
• Initiative, problem-solving and positive attitude towards challenges and change
• Interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills, for example from international student exchanges or voluntary work
• Analytical thinking and leadership skills
