Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Auro Domus Group, operating in investment gold, financial services, retail and digital channels, is looking for a responsible and autonomous Full Stack Developer. You will develop and maintain reliable internal software solutions, integrations and automations that connect business processes, data and user channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing applications and services.
• Design, implement and maintain REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with relational databases, write SQL queries and automate repetitive processes.
• Write clean, tested and documented code using Git and participate in code reviews.
• Detect bugs, monitor system stability and resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply security standards and protect personal and business‑sensitive data.

Required profile

• At least three years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language (C#, Java, Python or TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, automated testing and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to analyse problems independently, communicate clearly with non‑technical colleagues and understand application security.
• Proficiency in Croatian and working knowledge of English.
