French-Speaking Guest Services Representative (m/f)

About the role

Join a global entertainment brand as the friendly voice that creates magical moments for guests of all ages. You will handle inbound calls and emails, delivering a world‑class retail experience while working from our modern Zagreb office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Engage with guests actively, listen attentively, and resolve issues that affect their experience.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisory staff when necessary.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while keeping guests informed.
• Adhere strictly to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM) and maintain 100% attendance.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 or native) and good English (B1/B2) communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with a focus on empathy and active listening.
• Availability to work the specified shift pattern and follow company procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office computer applications.
