About the role

We are looking for motivated field sales representatives to join our nationwide team. You will act as the face of Förch across Croatia, supporting long‑term customers in the construction and automotive sectors and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities

Sell, advise and develop relationships with existing partners.
Identify, approach and nurture new customers and business opportunities.
Plan sales activities and field visits.
Report on sales performance and market feedback.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

Strong communication, organization and presentation abilities.
Result‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
Basic computer literacy.
Experience in construction and/or automotive industries.
Sales experience (direct sales is a plus).
Driving licence category B.
