Fashion Assistant / Sales Advisor (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fashion Assistant / Sales Advisor to join our stores in Zagreb, Zaprešić and Rijeka. You will inspire customers with the latest fashion trends and provide a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Active sales and customer advising to ensure an exceptional purchase experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product range, characteristics and current fashion trends.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, attractive and functional.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments and issue receipts.
• Assist with receiving, restocking and preparing merchandise for sale.
• Participate in inventory counts and other sales‑related activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, sales and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Flexible and comfortable working in a team.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of trends.
• Positive, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office.
