About the role

Join dm's retail pharmacy team in Zagreb as a Pharmacy Technician. You will support customers with over‑the‑counter medical products, provide health advice, and ensure a safe, well‑stocked store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and dispense OTC medical products and other merchandise.
• Inform, advise and educate customers on health‑related products.
• Measure vitamin‑mineral status, blood pressure, and assess skin and hair condition.
• Receive, store and display goods according to store standards.
• Operate PC cash registers and handle transactions.
• Apply marketing activities specific to dm stores.
• Perform additional store tasks and follow legal regulations.

Required profile

• Passed the professional exam for pharmacy technicians (or enrolled in the 2021/22 academic year onward).
• Responsible, conscientious and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
• Friendly, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continue learning and develop professionally.

Required skills

• PC cash‑register operation.
• Knowledge of marketing activities within dm stores.
• Understanding of legal regulations governing pharmacy products.
