Engineering Change Coordinator

About the role

Jungheinrich, with over 30 years of experience in software and digital products for warehouse, fleet, device, process and interface management, is looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator in Zagreb. The specialist ensures that all product and system changes are systematically evaluated, documented, approved and implemented in line with company standards, regulatory requirements and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct formal reviews of changes to bills of material, material master data and related documentation in line with the engineering change process
• Assess and confirm feasibility and define prerequisites for implementing engineering changes
• Coordinate and validate release dates for changes, keeping all departments aligned
• Monitor the effectiveness and consistency of the change process across product segments and production sites
• Train departments, especially engineering and development, on compliant creation and documentation of changes
• Resolve and prevent issues through proactive technical clarification and cross-functional collaboration

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in Engineering Change Management
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of PLM systems (SAP, Siemens TeamCenter) and ECM workflows
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration
