About the role

This position combines hands‑on care for therapy horses with administrative support for a community‑focused project. You will work directly with children, including those with developmental challenges, delivering therapeutic riding activities while ensuring smooth project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of project activities and therapeutic riding sessions.
• Provide daily care for the horses and assist with riding and therapy exercises.
• Support the organization of workshops, outdoor activities, and nature‑based sessions.
• Communicate with program users, parents, and partners.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project execution, such as documentation and reporting.
• Prepare spaces and equipment for each activity.
• Perform occasional weekend work and double‑shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about working with people and animals.
• Physically capable of active, outdoor work.
• Responsible, communicative and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with flexible shift patterns, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of horse handling and care.
• Ability to follow safety procedures during riding activities.
• Organisational skills for workshop and activity preparation.
