About the role
We are looking for a responsible, communicative and organized individual to join our wholesale team on a full‑time basis. The role involves daily interaction with customers, processing orders and ensuring the sales floor remains tidy and well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Serve and communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Process web orders and generate invoices and delivery notes
- Receive, organize and issue merchandise
- Restock and maintain the cleanliness of shelves and sales area
- Perform other tasks related to the everyday operation of the wholesale department
Required profile
- High sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail
- Polite and professional attitude towards customers
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness to collaborate within a team
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale is an advantage
