About the role

We are looking for an accounting professional to join our finance team in Rijeka. You will work in a dynamic environment handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping, financial reporting and supporting audits.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Reconcile balances and control financial documentation.
• Calculate and record expenses.
• Prepare data for final reports and audits.
• Communicate with banks, partners and internal departments.
• Monitor cash flows and provide administrative support to the accounting function.
• Work with ERP and accounting systems.
• Participate in process and reporting optimisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in trading precious metals, investment gold or the forex market is a plus.
• Understanding of financial instruments and capital markets is advantageous.
• Experience with the FAROS (RIS) interface is highly valued.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Precise, organized and responsible work style.
• Analytical thinking, pro‑activity and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
