About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Staff member to join our finance team in Split. You will support daily bookkeeping, liaise with partners and institutions, and help modernise our financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming and outgoing invoices and verify received documents.
• Reconcile customer and supplier ledger cards.
• Communicate with public institutions and business partners.
• Record bank statements and business card transactions.
• Prepare payment orders and settle supplier invoices.
• Maintain administrative accounting records and archive documentation.
• Work with our POS accounting software.
• Administer company vehicles (registration, insurance, leasing, fuel cards).
• Calculate VAT and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Good knowledge of Croatian accounting regulations.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic English language skills.
• Interest in digitalisation and modernising business processes.
