About the role

The company is looking for a maintenance professional to ensure the reliable operation of approximately 20 modern bakery machines. You will work on a scheduled basis, supporting production continuity while adhering to strict food‑safety and occupational‑health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on modern bakery equipment according to predefined plans.
• Maintain documented records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Track and record energy consumption of process machinery.
• Carry out minor infrastructural interventions as needed.
• Manage tools and spare parts required for maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with external service providers and keep accurate service logs.
• Participate in the procurement of new machines, tools, and related equipment.
• Observe health, safety, and food‑safety regulations during all interventions.

Required profile

• At least a secondary technical education.
• Relevant work experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Good communication skills in a team environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
