About the role

Trade Air is looking for a Crew Scheduling Officer to organise flight‑crew rosters in compliance with regulatory working‑time rules, qualifications and operational needs. The role involves daily interaction with crew members and various internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan crew members for flights according to legal working‑time limits, qualifications and other parameters.
• Coordinate crew training schedules together with the training department.
• Arrange crew positioning and accommodation in collaboration with ground‑operations.
• Calculate potential crew schedules based on client requests.
• Prepare reports following operational manuals.
• Maintain records of annual leave and sick leave.
• Communicate daily with crews, finance, sales, training and other departments.

Required profile

• University degree (VŠS/VSS).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and proactive, responsible work attitude.
• Ability to solve challenges, work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in aviation is a plus but not mandatory.
