Direct Sales Representative (m/f)

About the role

Coface is seeking a proactive Direct Sales Representative to build long‑term client relationships and drive B2B sales in Croatia. You will identify new prospects, understand their needs and recommend suitable trade credit insurance and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients using cold calling, referrals, online research, networking events and social platforms.
• Present Coface products and services, guide clients in selecting the best solutions, and conduct face‑to‑face meetings.
• Prepare offers, process questionnaires, lead negotiations and support policy transfers.
• Achieve annual sales targets, monitor client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to uncover cross‑selling opportunities and ensure accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (vocational or general).
• At least 6 months of sales or related experience (candidates without experience are also encouraged).
• Strong communication skills in Croatian and good command of English.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools.
