Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects remote professionals with fast-growing companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; candidates are placed directly with a client as part of an in-house team. This full-time, independent contractor role is a Digital Marketing Manager position based in EST hours, owning and driving end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The role suits someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution and has a track record of scaling campaigns, generating leads and improving ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic and lifecycle channels
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Oversee SEO and content strategy to drive organic traffic and inbound leads
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI, CAC and conversion rates
• Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages and lead nurturing workflows
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals
• Run email marketing campaigns and marketing automation
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages and email
• Track and report KPIs with tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and CRO
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
• Project management, organisation and excellent communication skills
• Experience in a remote or distributed team is a plus
