Deutschsprachiger Customer Care Specialist (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Croatia. You will primarily handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing advice, resolving issues, and helping retain and grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Process contract cancellations, suspensions, and general inquiries.
• Provide support via phone and written communication, with about 85% of time spent on calls.
• Follow quality guidelines and contribute to team targets for customer satisfaction, conversion, and service availability.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) in both written and spoken form.
• Pleasant voice and strong communication abilities.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably with a focus on retention, upsell, or advisory sales.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with several software tools simultaneously.
• Self‑motivation, strong work ethic, and willingness to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Availability for a 14‑day paid training program (mix of on‑site training in Zagreb and remote sessions).
