About the role

Join Arena Dental’s clinical team in Zagreb as a Dental Assistant. You will work closely with dental doctors, supporting high‑quality patient care throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room, instruments, equipment and materials for each patient.
• Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries and other dental procedures.
• Manage patient flow before, during and after treatments, including triage and scheduling.
• Carry out sterilisation and disinfection of instruments and workspaces.
• Maintain accurate records in the dental CRM system and handle administrative tasks.
• Monitor consumables and medication stocks, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste according to regulations.

Required profile

• Formal education as a dental assistant, nurse or medical technician.
• Valid licence from the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine or the Croatian Chamber of Nurses.
• Familiarity with basic dental terminology and clinical protocols.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and patient‑centred professionalism.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Use of dental CRM software for patient documentation.
• Execution of sterilisation and disinfection procedures.
• Knowledge of basic dental terminology and clinical workflows.
