About the role

We are looking for a passionate, creative and motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Terranova stores in Zagreb and Rijeka. You will shape the visual identity of our retail spaces, ensuring they are attractive, on‑brand and commercially effective.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor global visual merchandising standards for Terranova and Calliope brands.
• Arrange window displays, mannequins, clothing and accessories within the sales floor.
• Maintain attractive and commercially effective product presentations.
• Keep visual standards and store cleanliness consistently high.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive results through visual presentation.
• Track fashion trends and propose innovative visual solutions.
• Support seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, store decoration or window dressing.
• Strong passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
• Creative, innovative, with a developed sense of aesthetics.
• Independent, proactive, precise and able to work in a team.
• Basic English for communication and training with international colleagues.
• Willingness for physical work, flexible hours and occasional travel.
• Experience with MS Office.
