Visual Merchandiser – Portanova Store

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will create an inspiring and consistent shopping experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence in the Portanova store.

Key responsibilities

• Follow store guidelines and timelines, executing visual, commercial and styling activities that enhance the customer journey and boost sales.
• Analyze sales results, manage inventory levels, identify visual and commercial opportunities, and set priorities together with Store Management.
• Educate the store team on the latest fashion trends, competitor insights and how to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions and support store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Strong visual interpretation skills combined with commercial experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage, analyse and act on sales data and weekly reports.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional in‑store experiences.
• Creative, curious, proactive and able to inspire store teams.
