Customer Support Specialist – Slovenian & English/Croatian

About the role

TP Croatia is expanding its customer support team for a cosmetics and beauty client. You will join a global network of more than 500 000 support experts handling inquiries in over 400 languages, providing assistance to customers in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and English‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve inquiries and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions and actions in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Slovenian, Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian and English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a preference for teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills for handling multiple digital tools simultaneously.
