Customer Support Specialist (Serbian & English)

About the role

Join TP Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will assist customers in Serbian and English through phone, email and chat, providing product information and resolving inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email and chat in Serbian and English.
• Provide accurate information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve inquiries and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions and actions in the system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and a preference for teamwork.
• Good computer usage skills for operating multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Previous experience in cosmetics, luxury, or customer service is a plus.
