Customer Support Specialist – Macedonian & English

About the role

Join TP Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will interact with customers in Macedonian and English, helping them with product information, inquiries and issue resolution through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Identify issues, propose appropriate solutions and follow up until resolution.
• Document every interaction and action taken in the internal system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and efficient service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Macedonian and English (minimum B2 level in speaking, reading and writing).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy for handling multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Nice to have: previous experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector, familiarity with digital/social media, or prior customer service experience.
