Cruise Sales & Booking Agent

About the role

The Cruise Sales & Booking Agent will be responsible for selling and reserving cruise packages, advising clients on ship selection, itineraries, dates and cabin categories, and ensuring a smooth booking process from inquiry to travel completion.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and reserve cruise trips and related tourism services.
• Advise clients on ship, itinerary, schedule and cabin options.
• Prepare personalized offers.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email.
• Track reservations from initial inquiry to travel execution.
• Prepare and verify travel documentation.
• Liaise with cruise lines and international partners.
• Monitor new ships, itineraries, destinations and sales promotions.
• Handle operational tasks related to bookings independently.
• Collaborate with other internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agency.
• Proven experience in selling tourism products and client handling.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• High precision, responsibility and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and reservations simultaneously.
• Professional attitude toward clients and business partners.
• Self‑motivated yet comfortable working in a team.
• Interest in cruises, travel and the tourism industry.

Required skills

• Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office and Internet usage.
