CRM Specialist – Email, SMS & Loyalty Campaigns

About the role

Polleo Adria is looking for a CRM Specialist to design, execute and optimise multi‑channel communication campaigns that strengthen customer loyalty and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing, design and IT teams to deliver personalised experiences across email, SMS, WhatsApp and Viber, as well as manage the company’s loyalty app.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a CRM strategy aligned with brand image and business goals.
• Create and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp and Viber campaigns to increase engagement and conversion.
• Plan promotions, push notifications and reward programmes for the loyalty app.
• Segment customer databases and personalise communications based on behaviour and preferences.
• Analyse campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, retention, LTV) and continuously test for optimisation.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters and IT to produce CRM content and technical solutions.
• Maintain database quality and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Research CRM technology trends and propose new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of the customer journey.
• Creative approach to promotional activities and messaging.
• Excellent written and editing skills in Croatian and English.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and best practices in data management.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with SMS and Viber marketing tools.
• Experience managing loyalty programmes.
