About the role
McDonald's Croatia is looking for a construction project specialist to join its largest restaurant company in Croatia. The position is based in Zagreb and involves taking part in construction projects, coordinating works and supporting the business units.
Key responsibilities
- Take part in construction department projects and in organising and supervising works
- Help prepare design solutions and cost estimates
- Analyse and follow up construction documentation
- Order materials and equipment on time for site work
- Review and prepare construction documents for new buildings and renovations
- Provide technical support to business units in daily operations
Required profile
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Technical university degree (VŠS/VSS)
- Category B driving licence
- C1 level of English
- Analytical, precise communicator, proactive, responsible and independent
Required skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Advanced use of AutoCAD
