Construction Project Manager Assistant (m/f)

About the role

Subnecto d.o.o., a leading provider of project management and expert services in the construction sector, is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager Assistant to support the delivery of construction projects in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the progress of construction works.
• Manage project communications and track changes.
• Prepare regular reports as part of the construction project management service.
• Participate in on‑site coordination meetings.
• Assist the project manager in analysing and processing contractor requests.
• Support procurement and contracting activities related to public tendering.

Required profile

• Completed university degree (Bachelor or Specialist) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Preferably studied Organization of Technologies and Construction Management or Construction Entrepreneurship.
• Relevant experience in the construction sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Project (mandatory).
• Advanced skills in the MS Office suite (mandatory).
• Familiarity with web‑based program interfaces (preferred).
• Experience with BIM environments (preferred).
