Branch Manager (Voditelj poslovnice)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Branch Manager to lead one of our pet‑store locations. You will set the example for your team, ensure product availability, and create a welcoming environment for pet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team by example and select staff according to the branch’s needs.
• Coach and motivate employees through training, fostering independence and creativity.
• Seek daily feedback from the team and act on it.
• Organise the store layout so customers can find everything for their pets, maintaining product availability and visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with all legal norms and company guidelines.
• Drive creativity to satisfy both staff and customers, as well as their pets.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in commerce or economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• English language level B1.
• High resilience, motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage a team and make quick decisions, even under stress.
• Strong presence and ability to inspire and motivate employees.
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment with challenges.
