BI Sales Executive – Mid‑Market

About the role

Coface is seeking a proactive BI Sales Executive to drive new business for its Business Information services across the mid‑market segment. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions and support clients through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients for Business Information services.
• Generate and qualify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline.
• Present solutions, conduct meetings and understand client needs.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field (or higher vocational degree) with 3‑4 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
