About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Waiter to join our team at the Jarun location in Zagreb. The role combines coffee preparation with friendly table service, ensuring every guest enjoys a high‑quality experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other hot beverages according to our standards.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously, taking orders and delivering food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and seating.
• Contribute to a pleasant ambience that encourages repeat visits.

Required profile

• Polite and good communication with guests.
• Responsible, tidy and able to work in a team.
• Positive energy and willingness to learn.
• Previous barista or waiter experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Coffee preparation and operation of espresso machines.
