Asistent / Specijalist u poreznom savjetovanju (ž/m)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant/Specialist to join our tax consulting team in Zagreb. The role offers exposure to a variety of tax projects, client inquiries and the chance to develop professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse tax legislation.
• Prepare advice, opinions and responses to client queries in Croatian and English.
• Participate in due‑diligence projects.
• Review and draft tax returns and other calculations.
• Monitor changes in tax and related regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues from accounting and audit departments.

Required profile

• Completed studies in economics, law, finance, accounting or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience; junior candidates welcome.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop personal knowledge.
• Responsibility, precision and good organisational skills.
• Initiative, openness to learning, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
