Area Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Area Visual Merchandiser will oversee visual standards across stores in the assigned region, ensuring fast, profitable visual solutions and consistent brand presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop store visual merchandisers according to head‑office standards.
• Provide quick, profitable visual solutions for the region.
• Implement and monitor company visual merchandising standards and procedures.
• Give feedback and support to stores on visual merchandising matters.
• Visit stores regularly to maintain visual standards.
• Participate in floor set executions.
• Assist in hiring store merchandisers that meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with a leading fashion retailer.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience (preferred).
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven problem‑solving and independent work capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
