Motion Designer & Video Editor

About the role

Blitz is a leading film and video distributor in Croatia and the region. The Motion Designer & Video Editor will create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for on‑screen, web, mobile and DOOH platforms, as well as edit video content for TV, cinema and online distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce 2D and 3D animations for various media channels.
• Create animated intros, spots, teasers and trailers.
• Synchronise animation with music and voice‑over tracks.
• Prepare final assets for broadcast on TV, cinema, internet and other platforms.
• Edit video clips, shows, film trailers and TV spots.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently.

Required profile

• Secondary school, college or university graduate (first degree or master) in a technical field.
• Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D animation software.
• Strong proficiency with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Audition.
• Good understanding of digital technologies.
• Active English language skills, both spoken and written.
• High standards, teamwork orientation, creativity and responsible work approach.
