Area Manager / Područni voditelj (m/ž) – Eastern Croatia

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of Textile House’s second‑hand clothing stores in Eastern Croatia. This includes coordinating activities across four locations – Osijek, Slavonski Brod, Vinkovci and Sisak – and developing sales and marketing strategies to meet defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a network of second‑hand clothing stores in the specified cities.
• Supervise store staff on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring high service standards.
• Plan, execute and monitor sales and marketing initiatives.
• Forecast performance, prepare reports and analyse results.
• Recruit, train and develop employees when needed.
• Lead the opening of new store locations.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of clothing brands and materials.
• Basic English proficiency (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in opening retail stores (preferred).
