Area Manager – Croatia

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee multiple stores across Croatia, ensuring both quantitative targets (budgets, sales, expenses) and qualitative goals (staff training, visual merchandising) are met. You will act as the link between the brand’s strategic objectives and day‑to‑day store operations, driving uniformity and high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate people and assets to achieve store and area targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising consistency and monitor commercial actions.
• Communicate brand objectives to stores, report product defects or supply issues, and supervise store maintenance.
• Maintain customer service standards through training and team management.
• Implement action plans and follow‑up in top‑performing stores.
• Lead staff recruiting and hiring processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Strong goal orientation and highly developed organizational skills.
• Effective time‑management, flexibility and adaptability.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum B‑level proficiency in English and a valid Category B driving licence.
