About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst specialized in CRM to join Addiko Bank’s Digital Transformation team in Zagreb. The role focuses on analysing business requirements, designing functional specifications and supporting the development and integration of our CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and create functional specifications for CRM enhancements and integrations with other IT systems.
• Participate in digitalisation and process‑automation projects.
• Coordinate CRM development work with internal and external partners.
• Initiate and contribute to process optimisation, user‑experience improvement and system quality.
• Continuously analyse, optimise and develop new channels and business opportunities to enhance the digital experience.
• Organise, execute and document testing, and prepare for production rollout.
• Efficiently manage production incidents and problems, monitoring trends to minimise downtime.
• Monitor application performance and availability.

Required profile

• VSS (higher education degree).
• Independent, proactive and a strong team player.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of business applications.
• Analytical mindset with solid planning and organisational skills.
• Business and marketing awareness, success‑oriented.
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
