About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to support customers from the Hungarian and Croatian markets. The role involves real‑time oral and written communication, helping clients place and manage orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide immediate assistance in Hungarian and Croatian.
• Handle written inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Present product offers and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Assist customers in preparing and creating orders.
• Maintain ongoing customer care and follow‑up.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

Required profile

• Active knowledge of Hungarian language, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear information delivery.
• Patience, independence, motivation, and good organizational abilities.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fast and accurate typing.
