About the role

As a German‑language Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for users of a leading European digital investment platform, helping them with inquiries through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages in German, providing clear, accurate and timely responses.
• Support users of a mobile investment app that offers stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies and private markets with low fees.
• Contribute to project success by sharing knowledge, suggesting improvements and collaborating with colleagues.
• Work 40 hours per week on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, starting on 19 October 2026.

Required profile

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, empathy and active‑listening skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
