Accounting Specialist (Specialist TCM)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist (Specialist TCM) to join our finance team in Zagreb on a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. The role supports cash‑management, month‑end closing and regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor bank accounts, manage liquidity and execute payment processes in line with internal controls.
• Process bank statements, perform reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Prepare and submit regulatory and statistical reports to external authorities.
• Issue customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support general ledger activities, month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register and prepare related analyses.
• Provide accurate data for statutory, tax and regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and FRA projects at country or BU level.

Required profile

• Secondary education or university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Motivated early‑career professional or recent graduate; previous accounting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Croatian and English.
