Accountant (m/f) – Global Finance Team

About the role
LELO is looking for an experienced Accountant to become part of its Global Finance team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Execute timely bank payments and manage cash flow.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and control bank statements.
- Track payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle tax payments and prepare tax returns.
- Publish financial statements within required deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and stay updated on relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- BA or MA in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
