Account Manager – Longtail Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Zagreb. You will manage a large portfolio of small and medium‑sized restaurant partners, helping them grow their business on our platform. This hands‑on role requires strong organisational skills, persistence and a proactive approach, with much of your day spent reaching out to partners, making calls and building relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ small and medium‑sized restaurant partners.
• Conduct regular outreach via phone and email to engage existing and potential partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Monitor partner performance using data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Promote platform features, promotions and advertising opportunities to partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to resolve partner issues.
• Meet monthly targets for partner engagement, activation and revenue growth.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and outbound outreach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a large portfolio without dropping the ball.
• Persuasive communicator who can pitch effectively and handle objections.
• Self‑motivated with a positive “can‑do” attitude and resilient to rejection.
• Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English.
