Account Manager – Client Relations & Insurance Solutions

About the role

Coface is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow its client portfolio in Croatia. You will be responsible for contract negotiations, insurance coverage optimisation and delivering high‑quality service to B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in contract conclusion, renewal and post‑contractual processes.
• Maintain client relationships through meetings, calls and timely support, aiming for high retention rates.
• Analyse portfolio performance, prepare pricing using the Group’s pricing tool and coordinate with internal departments when higher authorisation is needed.
• Develop cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with marketing on client satisfaction surveys.
• Represent Coface at conferences, fairs and professional association events to expand the client base.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education with at least 6 months B2B client experience.
• Excellent spoken and written Croatian and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, motivation and results‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
