Account Manager – Back Office

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will also handle back‑office activities. The role combines client relationship management with day‑to‑day administrative support, ensuring smooth service delivery for our existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Provide daily administrative and back‑office support.
• Process customer requests, documentation, and internal records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and other business documentation as needed.
• Monitor account activities and follow up on client requests promptly.
• Keep CRM and other internal systems up to date.
• Support sales and business development teams with operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.

Required profile

• Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in account management, customer support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
