About the role
We are looking for a professional Wellness Masseur to join the team at Grand Hotel Adriatic in Opatija. The role involves delivering high‑quality massage and wellness treatments to hotel guests while ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massages and wellness treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and work areas before each session.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and handle payment processing.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards throughout the spa area.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the quality of service.
- Work in accordance with professional regulations and hotel standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school diploma in medical or cosmetic studies.
- Several years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or German is a plus.
- Good communication skills, friendliness, service orientation, and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office tools.
